Simple and easy achievement. This will come with natural story progression but it is easy to get anyway.
Just simply look at your map and it is split into sections, with each location name, Aberdeen, Central, Kennedy Town and North Point. Drive around the map visiting each of these locations and the achievement will unlock at the last location. I recommend driving on the motorway.
