Smash your bike and break every bone in your body in one spectacular crash.This is a particularly easy achievement and it should naturally unlock on the track "Roller Coaster" from the terminal velocity section.
Earliest possible location to get this is achievement.
After completing the D Licence Test select the 'Beachhead' course in the 'Walk in the Park' section.
Follow the track to the 4th checkpoint and fall into the water. There are two dynamite boxes. Hit one or the other and get the achievement. You will also unlock a t-shirt for your avatar.
