Hey guys, this tutorial will help you out with Modding Armor Pieces, Loadouts, and more on Halo 4!
Requirements -
USB Drive

Horizon
1. Move your Profile from your Xbox to your USB Drive
2. Open up Horizon
3. Now click your Profile and open it up in the Package Manager

4. Click on the 'Contents' tab. Then look for "4D530919"
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
5. Now right-click that file and move that to your Desktop
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
6. Open up the Halo 4 Profile Tool Editor then find your GPD File and click on that

7. Mod all the things you want to Mod
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
8. Click Save at the top
9. Go back to your Content in Horizon and find that GPD you looked up and right-click and click Replace. Replace it with the File on your Desktop. Click Save at the top of that and it should Rehash and Resign!

10. Now you're finished. Just load up Halo 4 and check out your new things!

Do you have any personal preference to what mod tool is better?
I'd say Ellipse because sometimes when you use the one I added at the top it'll fail to work. Ellipse is kind of better, you could do much more with Ellipse. At the time of me making this I didn't know about it or else I would have added Ellipse in there too.
I really do agree looks great and easy
