Make new Freeboot bin file (simple way)

The tutorials on the message boards are confusing. This is
how I did it and it worked fine. Though this worked for me
you are using this tutorial at your own risk.


1) Extract fbBuild into a folder
2) Extract the 12611 Dash into the Data folder
3) Download and run 360 Flash Tool Version .94
4) Add your CPU key to Flash Tool
5) Open your original nand bin file in Flash Tool
6) Extract the KV, SMC, and Config Information into a folder
7) Rename kv_dec.bin to kv.bin
8 ) Rename smc_dec.bin to smc.bin
9) Change config.bin to smc_config.bin
10) Copy all three files into the mydata folder of the fbBuild folder
11) Open cpukey.txt file and replace fake cpu key with your real one
12) Open the 1blkey.txt file and change the key to
DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA
13) open command promt in the fbBuild folder
14) Type the following

fbBuild -c (yourmotherboardname) -d mydata updflash.bin

yourmotherboard should be your motherboard type.

Example:

fbBuild -c xenon -d mydata updflash.bin

or
fbBuild -c jasper -d mydata updflash.bin

Flash your jtag with the updflash.bin file, reboot your
jtag and presto! the new dash is alive!!
