flashing kv to unban jtag

open flash 360 dump tool

click keys

add your cpu key and ensure 1BL box is filled (google)

tick the boxes for these two lines

click ok


Click the ... browse button

navigate to your 9199 file (freeboot.bin or whatever its named)
select it

click import

check the 'keyvault' box (NOT EXTENDED KV)

navigate to your kv_dec.bin file
select it


save file as edit (if you do not want to patch you can name this updflash now)

click ... browse and open edit file

click patch and check patch keyvault

ensure it is set to pal/EU if in UK

Change DVD key if needed to yours

change drive type if needed to yours
click ok

save as updflash.bin (.bin should be automatic so dont type it)

click browse and open updflash to ensure it opens all info ok

put in root (not in any folders) of usb stick

run xexmenu or other loader

press down left thumbstick and select FLASH360.xex


Blue screen appears click A,B,START,START,A

CONSOLE FLASHES

CLICK A BACK BACK << IMPORTANT YOU CLICK BACK TWICE

System will countdown 5,4,3,2,1 and shut down

Remove USB devices and reboot

system should start normally

remember to delete any corrupted profiles before recovering yours again
