Alright if you have a svratvhed or cracked disk dont worry.
1 - Try the disk again if it doesnt work then buy a lense cleaner like the one to clean glasses and spray it on the disk.
2 - Clean and dry it with a tissue or something soft.
3 - Place your disk in the tray and if it doesnt work you need to close the tray halfway open it and then close it all the way
Remember this doesnt work for all scratched disks and it cant be completly scratched
This is my method of cleaning scracthed disks
