You must beat the final boss without taking a single hit. The final boss is accessible after beating the other 6 bosses and he is located near the start of the Right Planet. It is fine if you've taken damage before the boss fight providing you don't take damage during the fight. If you do get hit, then just let the boss kill you and you will respawn outside the boss room to get another chance. Once you finish the boss fight, the trophy will pop providing you didn't take any damage.

If you beat the boss and you do take damage, once you beat the game then you can just go back to the boss room to fight him again to get another chance at the trophy.
