Story related. You will get this after beating the fourth boss, which is located in the Right Planet.

The new move this time is that the boss can make lava appear. He will jump up and down a few times, the the lava will start to rise. To avoid the attack, you need to teleport into the background with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , then run back and forth with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to avoid him. If you stand still for too long, he will fall on you and crush you. After a while the lava will lower and you can teleport back. Once you have beaten him, collect the power-up for the trophy.

To use the Power-up, press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to shoot upwards. You can move left/right while going up and you cancel it with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or hitting an obstacle/enemy.
