- Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Eclipse DLC - How to Turn on the Power Permanently (Zetsubou No Shima)
Turning on the power is the first thing you should do. It is needed for the trophies and achievements on this map, to do the full easter egg etc.
Step 1: Pick up the Bucket in the starting area (exact place slightly varies with each playthrough, but it's always in starting area)
Step 2: Fill bucket with irradiated water (water color doesn't matter. Water pools are behind the labs and marked on the map)
Step 3: Use water to power up generator (generator is inside the lab which is marked on the map. There are two of them. One on the left, one on the right side of the map)
Step 4: Refill water and turn on second generator. Can reuse water from same water pool for this. The generators only stay on for a short time, so you must activate both of them in quick succession (preferrably at the end of a round). When a generator has used up the water it turns off and you need to refill the water.
Step 5: Now the bunker door can be opened. Go inside bunker and through the door on the left. Go underwater to cut the webs that are blocking a turbine.
Step 6: Now zombies will spawn underwater and you get trapped. Kill them all to get out of the water and hit the power switch. Now the power is permanently turned on, congrats!
