To obtain this Achievement you will need to be in the Dino Jungle race, shortly after going through the 3 rivers you will come to a sharp right. Instead of going right go between the sign posts and you'll cross the river where the turtles are. Simply slow your car down enough to bounce on 3 of them and the achievements yours.
