You need two blocks of of Focus to attempt this. The best battles for this will be against Mourners. You will eventually get to 2 Mourners in Episode 7. This will be a very easy place to get grab the achievement. Just get two focus bars complete, then make sure the enemies are crowded around each other. Use the Sensen DOS then plant a Logic Bomb on the enemy that makes sense (like the middle one). They do not have to die, just get knocked back.
