You get this achievement for disarming 15 enemies of their weapon. When they go to swing at you. press Y when the weapon is red to grab and disarm them. Note that it counts even if you die. The train part in the metro level has 2 police and 4 swat which you can disarm, then kill yourself and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
