Bound Until Death Quest

For this quest you must kill the bride Vittoria Vici at her wedding. As Astrid mentions, this is a public kill and expected to be loud and messy. You will receive a bonus if you kill her as she is addressing the crowd.
Travel to the city of Solitude and then go to the Temple of the Divines in the northern part of the city. Make your way into the courtyard area and go to the back left where you will find a door that opens to Solitude and enter it. You should now be on your own little balcony looking down on the bride where she is sitting. Wait for her to walk around and up to the balcony across from you. While you wait, pick up the bow (Firiniel's End), the elven arrows, and an Elixir of True Shot. Once she begins speaking to the crowd, kill her. The crowd will scream and all the guards will be aggressive to you now.
Now you must escape Solitude and get back to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. I stayed on the balcony for a little while, letting the guards gather below. Veezara will appear and help cover your escape. When the guards showed up on my platform, I jumped off and sprinted for the gates of the city. I still had to run from a handful of guards, but once I was outside the city the pursuit stopped pretty quickly.
Another option used by Master Fibsy: You can also push down the statue (located above the balcony), stay crouched (or even activate invisibility ... i used Nocturnals shadow cloak ability, as i already completed thieves guild, which automatically activates invisibility as you enter crouch mode) and just walk out of the city without beeing detected (my sneak was already 100 but it should work at lower levels too considering you're using invisibility anyways). The guards in the shop district didn't even attack me and i was able to quicktravel to D.B. hideout without leaving the city
Once you return to the Sanctuary, talk with Astrid. She will give you a spell (Summon Spectral Assassin) as your reward. Your bonus for killing her addressing the crowd is 1250 gold.
