This achievement can be unlocked at level 7. You'll get a grenade upgrade at level 7, just select this upgrade and get the achievement as it will change your grenade upgrade. This achievement can be earned with other skills as well as other levels within the game, but level 7 is the earliest that you can get it and that is why I went with that.

I bought The Taken King so just went to level 25 and this was not hard at all. Really simple, but good guide regardless.
