This trophy will be slightly easier if you have reached Level 30 online. With a fully upgraded Agera, you should easily reach the speed on the long straight section of the track. However, if you don't have access to the upgrades, then the regular Agera can still reach the speed as well but it will require a good line through Raidillon/Eau Rouge (corners 3-5 in track map). Flashbacks help here again.

While slightly tricky, you should eventually manage to maintain a high enough speed through the corners (time attack is a good event type to try this on.) The pack will be spread out so you can go for the trophy right away after starting the event and taking the first tight hairpin. By the time you reach the required speed with a stock car, you will probably be very close to crashing into the barrier at the end of the straight, but you will unlock the trophy regardless of crashing or not.
