Killed 10 enemies with grenades
This is awarded for, obviously, killing 10 enemies with grenades. It should come naturally as you play through the story.
The best way to get them though is to double-tap RB (the grenade button). This makes your grenade detonate on impact rather than land and blow up after a second or two.
