To make Albino Tarkaa monsters spawn, you need to go to the upgrade shop in the western corner of the Camp of the Forgotten. A conversation with the vendor will automatically start and he will give you a quest to locate the rare Albino Tarkaas for him. You will be given an upgrade that makes you hear their noise. Now go out of the camp and to the Killing Fields. There's an Albino Tarkaa in the mountain cave to your right. You need to use the claw of your Rig and your magnetic hook to reach it. This monster is small and white-colored. It's on one of the walls. Scan (tag) it with your pistol to unlock this trophy.
