Story related, cannot be missed.

You will earn this achievement by restoring the Fire of the Mountain as part of the main quest line. You receive this quest from Alya located in the Tri-Stone area. To complete it you simply need to make your way through The Cauldron (the dungeon is very straightforward) and once you reach the end you will turn a handle lowering two enormous weights. Once finished the fire will flow once more.

From here you can return any way you like to Alya. Once you finish speaking to her, the achievement will unlock.
