Before You Start It Up Disconnect From Your Network

It Should Say Like Could Not Connect To Server

And SHOULD Work I Am Not 100% Sure It Worked For Me

also you can open windows task manager there will be a error in there click end another 1 will pop up click end to that one too then it boots up job done
