Disconnect the Wii U console from the power supply, and ensure that both the AC adapter connector and DC plug are clear of dust or dirt. After ten seconds, plug the Wii U AC Adapter into the Wii U console again, making sure it is firmly inserted, and turn on the Wii U console.
