This is a tutorial on how to test a patch_mp for mw2. I just recently bought a new laptop and everything is working fine now Anyways, here is what you need:

Utorrent
AlterIWnet
Winrar
ModLoader
FFviewer

Tutorial

Step 1. Open the Mw2 File in uTorrent after it is installed.
Step 2. Extract All The Files into a new folder.
Step 3. Open the AlterIWnet file inside Winrar.
Step 4. Copy over the stuff in the AlterIWnet file into your MW2 directory. Overwrite Everything.
Step 5. Open AlterIWnet_configure.exe, choose your nickname, press save.

Step 6. Open ModLoader on Winrar
Step 7. Copy and Paste every file from ModLoader into your Mw2 Fol
der. Overwrite everything again.

Step 8. Get a patch_mp and open it in .ff viewer. Open the _missions.gsc and ANY other .gsc's that are used. Now press CTRL + A to select everything or just select everything. Press CTRL + C to copy.

Step 9. Go into your Mw2 folder and make a new folder called MyPatch. Then another folder inside that folder called maps. Now another folder inside that called mp. Now the last one called gametypes.

Step 10. Now make a .txt file in that gametypes folder and change the file extension to .gsc. Yes to the message that comes up.

Step 11. Now open that file inside NotePad or WordPad.
Step 12. Paste the code you just copied from FFviewer into it. Then Save.

Step 13. Now open MW2_Modder.ini in wordpad. (this is in mw2 folder)
Now, change Mod0 to Mod0=MyPatch (Or whatever you called that folder) and CurrentMod to CurrentMod=0

Step 14. Go into the folder called players in the main MW2 folder, then open config_mp.cfg in notepad.
Step 15. Press CTRL + F or Find. Then search for fullscreen. Change this to 0.

Step 16. Now start iw4mp.exe, this should start the game in multiplayer. Also start LoaderX.exe (Right Click, Run As Administrator for Win Vista and 7)

Step 17. Click Play, Private Match, then set the Private Match to the settings you want.
Step 18. Press Start game, then press the windows button. Now quickly (before it loads) press Auto Inject on the ModLoader.

Step 19. Now chose your team, and the patch is loaded!
Dpad up= N||Dpad Down = 5||Dpad Right = 4||Dpad Left = 3||X=Unbound||A=Space||Y=2||B= E

The good thing about this, is that you don't even have to close MW2 to load another patch. Just open up the _missions.gsc file and edit it. Save it and start from step 16 again!
