There are a total of 26 miracles in the game. Below is the list for all of them and their locations.

- Heal
Purchasable from Hag Melentia or Licia of Lindelt.

- Med Heal
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt.

- Great Heal Excerpt
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt.

- Great Heal
Purchasable from Cromwell the Pardoner or found at the very bottom of the Grave of Saints where the enemies that run at you and explode are, it's in the cave that leads to a dead end.

- Soothing Sunlight
You will have to invade Licia of Lindelt after getting the Crushed Dragon Eye Orb by heading to her location in Majula and using it. Defeat her as a black phantom and you get this trophy. See this video for a guide:

- Bountiful Sunlight
Purchasable from Chancellor Wellager in NG++ or you can reach rank 3 in the Blue Sentinels convenant which requires over 1000 PvE/PvP sessions.

- Caressing Prayer
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt or Cromwell the Pardoner.

- Force
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt or Cromwell the Pardoner.

- Wrath of the Gods
Purchasable from Chancellor Wellager in NG++ or you can reach rank 2 in the Blue Sentinels convenant which requires over 300 PvE/PvP sessions.

- Emit Force
Purchasable from Blue Sentinel Targray or Cromwell the Pardoner or found in No Man's Warf after going up 2 sets of stairs on a dead body outside the house on a dead body where the creatures hide from the light if you lit the area.

- Heavenly Thunder
Purchasable from Blue Sentinel Targray or Cromwell the Pardoner.

- Lightning Spear
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt or find it in Harvest Valley among the poison pits.

- Great Lightning Spear
After beating Velstadt you can purchase it from Straid of Olaphis or after getting the Forgotten Key use the 12,000 soul ladder Gilligan builds to head down the Majula hole and up the other ladder and open that door for 3 chests with this spell being one of the items. Also obtainable in the Undead Crypt.

- Sunlight Spear
Reach rank 3 in the Heirs to the Sun covenant (located in Harvest Valley). Requires 30 Sunlight Medals. See the Selfless Giver trophy for more information.

- Soul Appease
Purchasable from Stone Trader Chloanne or Grave Warden Agdayne.

- Blinding Bolt
Requires you to trade the Old King Soul to Straid of Olaphis. You get that soul by beating the Old Iron King in NG+ or using a Bonfire Ascetic on the Eygil's Idol bonfire and beating the boss again.

- Magic Barrier
Purchasable from Head of Vengarl or Felkin the Outcast.

- Great Magic Barrier
Purchasable from Chancellor Wellager or find it in Aldia's Keep

- Homeward
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt.

- Guidance
Purchasable from Licia of Lindelt.

- Sacred Oath
Requires you to trade the Soul of Velstadt to Straid of Olaphis.

- Unveil
Purchasable from Straid of Olaphis.

- Perseverance
Purchasable from Cromwell the Pardoner.

- Sunlight Blade
After beating Velstadt you can purchase it from Straid of Olaphis or you can find it in the Shrine of Amena.
