Here is a tutorial on how to get the achievement well placed.

In the first Mission called "Baku" you can not miss the C4. It is part of the Mainstoryscript. Take the C4 and go forward. (blow up the Wall) My Solution is based on easy Difficulty.
After this a little bit forward, a KI Teammate gives you an "tactical Visor", immediately run forward to the first Trucks and blow up the Enemies after they have exited the Truck. If you fast enough, you have directly 4 / 10 Kills.
Run forward again and wait for the second Truck and repeat the Procedure. Sprint then continue forward and keep you there on the left. The goal is the drain pipe at the end of this section. Kill the 3 Guys here normal with your Weapons and go forward (here you can refill the C4)
Run and fall down in the next area and go straight forward, put 1 or 2 C4 on the Ground and wait for the Trucks and repeat the steps above.
It is on easy Difficulty a really easy achievement and with 3 good C4 Places you earn this Achievement.
