Closing the Deal is a Strangers and Freaks mission for Trevor.
After exiting the motel room, Josh will ask you to pay Avery a visit. A waypoint will appear on the map, go to it. Once you arrive at the waypoint, you must look for Avery's green Comet. He will run when he sees you, chase him. Make him stop, and punch him once to threaten him.

I really didn't like this line of missions in general, they may have been my least favorite in Grand Theft Auto V. I don't even know why i disliked them so much
