Today I am going to show you how to add a plugin to dashlaunch.

For this tutorial I am going to use the example of adding IW5M.xex as a plugin.

The only thing you need to download is dashlauch(v3.08): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

VirusTotal: [url+https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/b9ca4587a8aa544edf7c84795893d2f1bef71b2e9733f299d1320e292b8ed

First, open dashlauch and you will be on this page: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You will then go to this 'dropdown': [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Click it, and it will extend the page. It will give you an extra five options, these are where you will put your plugins: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Click on one of the five options. It will then take you to this screen: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

This screen shows your connected storage devices.

Click on the storage device that contains your plugin and navigate to the plugin: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Press 'A' on the plugin you want. It will then add it to one of the five options you saw earlier: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

After you have added the plugin you now need to save the settings.

To save the settings you need to press 'RB' on your controller, that will bring you to this page: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Choose a device. You do this by hovering over the device, then pressing 'X'. The text in the bottom left should change:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

That's it! All you have to do now is restart your console, the plugin(s) will then load when your console boots.

To add another plugin just do the same thing. You can load up to five plugins on launch. Remember to save your settings before exiting dashlaunch!

Errors
You might get an E71 error, these are the plugins, not the installation process.

Bypass the plugins on boot
To bypass the plugins on boot press the eject button while the console is booting. This should stop the plugins from being activated while booting the console.
