Xbox’s February Games With Gold Details Released

Today Microsoft announced the Games with Gold line-up for February 2016, by way of Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb.

Here’s the list:
Hand of Fate – Xbox One
Styx: Master of Shadows – Xbox One
Sacred Citadel – Xbox 360
Gears of War 2 – Xbox 360


As usual, Hand of Fate will be available for the whole month, while Styx will be available from February 16th to March 15th. Sacred Citadel will be downloadable starting on February 1st to February 15th, and Gears of War 2 for the rest of the month.

Wubs Glad to see there are still some okay Games like Gears of War, Not too sure what the other games are though.


Apart from the campaign, Gears 2 was a laggy travesty of a bug fest that no one wants to play now.
Rest of the games look terrible.

Yeah I remember a previous gears game was released, I think it was Gears 1 that was free before.

I feel the same way who actually wants these games.


Some of these games are really good for people like myself who love to get achievements. The one from last month Killer Instinct had like 300 achievements.

I do, and gears 2 is one of the best games for 360. Dunno how people can complain about free stuff. MS don't have to give anything away for free.


It's not free if you're paying for it and gold membership costs money. on PC online gaming is free, no fees.

I get them all specifly for the achievements. I have already completed gears of war 2. All achievements on it to.

Here's an idea, don't but Live if you only buy it to get the free games.

They don't have to give any games at all, we by live to play online.

but yea lets bitch about free games!
