Responding to fan inquiries via Twitter, Ubisoft confirmed in a tweeted response that “we have a plan in place to handle them” when asked on how the title will handle team-killing and other trolling in-game, as in a game as teamwork-oriented having to die at the hands of a trolling player would be particularly annoying.
While no more specific details were given at this time, Ubisoft stated that killing other team members or other egregious acts of trolling “will not be tolerated at launch,” giving indication that some sort of moderation or banning may at least take effect for unruly players.
Rainbow Six: Siege releases for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on December 1st, 2015.
@perry5356 Yes. We have a plan in place to handle them. It will not be tolerated at launch!
