Burnout Revenge Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Not Happening

4.6
Burnout Paradise is the only thing you’re getting from Criterion’s back catalogue, it seems.

Burnout Revenge, another classic Burnout game and favourite to many, will unfortunately not see a release through Xbox One backwards compatibility. Originally a PS2 and original Xbox Game, Revenge later came out on Xbox 360.

According to developer Criterion, however, there are currently no plans to bring the title to Xbox One through the backwards compatibility program. Here’s the studio’s answer to the fan who requested it.

It’s not all bad news though, as the developer is currently working on bringing Burnout Paradise to Xbox One. Hopefully, a release date for that will be revealed soon.

Sage I dont see why they would be sadly. I played a lot of xbox and i barely ever heard the name.

Probably because you were on the other side of the gaming spectrum like myself. However, this is the only Burnout game I ever played and it actually was quite fun, a nice and easy game to get my mind off of Halo whenever I start raging lol.

Love the games but ehh im not too worried about them being not backwards compatible.

I would re buy remasted version though no problem ! Added achievements would make the game amazing!

This game was great. I don't know how they decide which games to be backward compatible and which dont. This was a great game and iffans wantto see this game again, they should consider it.

Oh well.

It is a let down but I'm not on next gen to experience backwards compatibility anyway.
