New Xbox One Experience launches November 12

The Xbox One will get a new user interface and Xbox 360 backwards compatibility in just over two weeks.

The New Xbox One Experience launches on November 12.

The fancy-pants firmware update brings a brand new user interface. As well as a fresh new look, it includes more functional game hubs, turns Snap into an overlay, and adds more social options in the community area.

The other major feature is the much-anticipated Xbox 360 backwards compatibility. Unfortunately this feature is not universal, so it’s not going to work with every game, but it’s a nice touch anyway. We’re hoping for a full list of supported titles soon.

Microsoft detailed the New Xbox One Experience earlier this month, if you want to catch up on what else is coming.

Been using it as im part of the pp and its awesome i love it cant wait for the full list of games ready for back compatibility

i got it already on the pp but hopefully once november 12th comes it is better as there as minor issues with it while i use it now on pp.

I've been a preview member for a while now, and I get messages everyday from Xbox, saying "It's almost ready" Pls just give me it now.

coming from a preview member. It was great at first they have since updated it about 6 times and now its back to being slow again. yes the friends and party opens faster but at first it was ALOT faster.
