Microsoft Looking into Xbox Live Reputation Changes, Info Coming Soon

4.7
Many have been complaining about the reputation system on Xbox Live, that is seen as prone to abuse to avoid players or to forcing them into long matchmaking queues.

Luckily, help is on the way, as Director of Program Management Mike Ybarra mentioned on Twitter.

It’ll be interesting to see how Microsoft will solve the issue, but for now we’ll have to stand by and wait for further information.

I'm happy they are looking into this issue
The rep system is really dumb in my opinion

I'm glad they are fixing this problem. People gave me a bad reputation just to be funny so it says avoid me.

Guns How the hell do you rep someone on xbox?

When you go to their profile you can give them a bad reputation and it will say stuff like "avoid me" and your reputation will be bad.

Beast on a few games of COD and everyone spams the rep system. Now stuck with crazy matchmaking times. Glad they are looking to fix this.

Delphox Its about time, the reputation system on xbox one makes no sense and just gives you a bad time if someone gives neg rep.

I couldn't agree with your statement anymore

Exactly. I have never liked the rep system, and my rep stats show its prone to abuse.
