Xbox One System Gets New Update in Preview, Adds Game Streaming

Over the weekend, the Xbox One got a new system software update for preview members, numbered xb_rel_1507.150615-2200.

Below you can see the rather brief patch notes posted on the private preview forums by Project Manager Emily Hanson, as the update serves to introduce fixes to game streaming to Windows 10.

CHANGES

Fixes for Game Streaming scenarios.
As usual, if you’re not part of the preview program, but would like to be, you can mention it in the comments (including your gamertag), and another reader might be able to send you an invite.

Just remember that this is a beta testing program, so you understand and accept the responsibility for any issues caused to your console, since preview members do it to make the launch of each patch smoother for everyone else, and not just to get a sneak peek on future updates.

Not inviting anyone who asks.
Simply putting it like this:
If I don't know you, you are not getting an invite.

Its not that hard finding someone off your friends list who can invite you.
And you NEED to be on the persons friends list to even get invited.

This is not a charity site, this is a news section where news about the update is at.
This is a gaming and technology community site.

I have no idea in hell why you people think you can beg in the news section and think you're gonna get invited to it. How about actually using your head and going to the forum post and posting your name there and not here?

I've always loved the idea of beta testing, and the fact that Microsoft is allowing a large portion of people to test so that they can help others in the community is awesome.
