Call Of Duty Sales Headline This Week’s Xbox Live Deals With Gold

This week's Deals with Gold have been revealed, discounting a number of noteworthy titles across both Xbox One and Xbox 360.

On the new-gen front, Xbox One owners can purchase a "Digital Pro" copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for 33 percent off, while the "Gold" edition has received a 17 percent price reduction. Major Nelson's blog also notes that Screamride and Alien: Isolation have been discounted as well, with the former being 33 percent off and the latter discounted by 60 percent.

Both Alien: Isolation and Advanced Warfare have been discounted for Xbox 360 owners as well, with Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, and World at War all receiving 50 percent price reductions, too.

The discounts will remain valid until June 1, so make sure you take advantage of these deals before they expire next week. If you need some purchasing advice, be sure to consult our reviews for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Alien: Isolation, and Screamride.

RW1 I don't see why they bother to keep bringing CoD into sales :/ the game is dead

It's not exactly dead, since people are still playing it and still buying the DLC and the games. Is it being milked? Definitely, but dead, no, in December, Advanced Warfare had sold 11.4 million units and CoD Ghosts sold 16.5 million as of April 12th.

The 2 best CoDs imo, wish people still played them.

People do, it's just, they're ruined by modded lobbies now. I've seen about a lot of people saying that even MW2 is starting to get like CoD4 and WaW.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons why no one plays them anymore.

However, on PC they're almost completely dead games.

I really do think infinity ward should go back and stop all of the hackers! Make the game actually playable again.
