Update: PSN Service Experiencing Issues On PS3 and PS4, Again

PSN appears to be down again as users are reporting issues with PlayStation Network and its service on the PS3 and PS4.

The reports are emerging from Twitter, reddit and DownDetector. Even the official support page has listed PSN as having issues with Account Management and PlayStation Store.

This is the second time PSN has experienced issues this weekend. The last time this happened, it was apparently the work of a hacker group, although there is no info yet on the downtime cause this time around.

Update: As of 9:44 a.m. Pacific / 12:44 p.m. Eastern, Sony is reporting all services up and running. Previous problems with sign-in and account management have been rectified.

Sucks for them. by the looks of it, Xbox is having the same issue. Stupid hackers don't know what else to do.

No outage here. Getting really tired of these rolling spots though where there seems to be outages yet my entire group of friends is online having fun. I don't get how these reports keep coming.

PSN is actually pretty good for the majority of the time, its just now and then it goes down. People seem to go on like it's down every day but if anything XBL goes down more than PSN for me (So far this year anyway)

Hardly xbox are ever down, so it's mostly playstation i have never had an issue so you can't really blame both consoles as this is playstation not xbox.
