Open beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 ahead of Nov 6 release date

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will offer an open beta to every player who pre-orders the game.

According to a video from Drift0r, the multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is currently set to take place after Gamescom, 1-2 months before the November 6th launch date. In addition, according to a developer he talked too, the beta is currently set to last for 1-2 weeks.

The beta is for all players who preorder Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

True but it is a beta and usually all that takes place after that are graphics fixes, glitches and more balancing nothing huge will be changed so if you want to cancel it because you didn't like the beta that's totally reasonable.

If it were an open beta, no one would have to preorder the game to play it. Open betas allow everyone to play it no matter what. Therefore, it's a closed beta considering you are preordering it.
