Xbox One May update now in beta, multitasking and voice messaging

The latest Xbox One update’s gone into beta testing.

The beta for the Xbox One’s May system software update has arrived. As well as fixing a couple of issues, you can now multitask and leave voice messages while in a party.

Find an existing preview member if you want to take a look. Swear them your fealty to get an invite. Or just ask very nicely.

NEW EXPERIENCES
Voice Messages while in a Party. With this update, you can now leave voice messages while in a Party. Previously, you had to leave a Party to leave a voice message.

FIXES
US/CA USB TV Tuner Channel Scanning. We received reports that the US/CA Digital TV Tuner would not correctly scan for channels. This has been resolved in this update.

KNOWN ISSUES
Party app Voice Commands (initial screen only). When launching the Party app, voice commands will not function on the Party app’s first menu screen (ie. saying “Xbox Select”, followed by “Start a party” or “Learn more”).

Just wondering can you delete all messages/conversations at once yet? or do you have to go through them one by one and delete them

Didn't know you couldn't already leave voice messages when in a party, nice to see that they added that nevertheless!

Nah it was just in preview for the select people who get the updates first

I think this is a good update for the Preview members especially the voice messaging one as about 2-3 times I had to send a VM and I had to leave my party to do so which is quite annoying. Good to see they changed it now though.
