Twisted Pixel have just announced the next comic in their upcoming game ’Comic Jumper’. Here is what they said below:

‘In an art style inspired by the likes of the legendary Frank Frazetta, each issue of Nanoc The Obliviator features completely different characters and art direction from the first comic, The Adventures of Captain Smiley. Art Director David Leung says, “This is so overly ambitious, it’s pretty much the dumbest thing I’ve ever done. But at our expense, players will be treated to something I don’t think has ever been attempted before: four completely distinct and historically relevant art styles all in one place.” After a long pause Leung solemnly adds, “I just hope my wife and kids remember who I am when this is over.”

Comic Jumper follows the story of protagonist and player character Captain Smiley and his biologically attached sidekick, Star. The duo must travel through five different comic books, each with unique drawing styles, and fix the comics' plots. The five styles include a noir-esque drawing akin to Sin City, a cartoon style similar to TV show Power Puff Girls, Frank Miller's BATMAN book The Dark Knight Returns, and three other such comic methods.
