The Last of Us Remastered reportedly requires 50GB of HDD space.

That's according to an alleged image of the PS4 game's box art, which you can see below courtesy of Gamepur.

The Last of Us Remastered's street date has seemingly been broken by some retailers, with numerous unofficial screenshots emerging online in addition to game streaming on Twitch.

Sony released the first The Last of Us Remastered screenshots last week, when a load of new information about the game was also revealed.

Perhaps most interestingly, Sony said it is planning additional add-on releases for the game later this year, and that DLC will be cross-buy between PS3 and PS4.

Following the announcement, Naughty Dog community strategist Arne Meyer said the studio is "definitely not" making more campaign expansions, but added: "We do have some DLC planned, it'll be multiplayer focused."

As previously confirmed, the PS4 game will ship with the Abandoned Territories and Reclaimed Territories multiplayer DLC, as well as the Left Behind campaign expansion.

While by default the title runs at 1080p and 60ps, it was also revealed last week that players will be able to lock the frame rate at 30 frames per second.

Additionally, the game will include a new Photo Mode similar to the one in Infamous Second Son, which will be available via a day one patch.

The The Last of Us Remastered release date is July 29.

Dylan- 50GB! Wow thats way too much space a console game to require.

This game is amazing though. Well worth the required space.

This is literally one of the best PS games that I have ever played.

Its only single player though... How could you enjoy that?

30 fps lock...........meh that sounds like to me that that 60 fps might not be so constant so they might have that option to keep it steady......but idk it might acually hold that 60 frames.btw if it came out on PC I would run it on a constant 144 frames haha
