Paradox due to publish Obsidian's Pillar of Eternity

4.6
Paradox Interactive has announced today that it plans to publish Obsidian Entertainment's recently Kickstarted RPG, Pillars of Eternity. The unexpected alliance will hopefully mean that Obsidian can really focus on actual game development instead of marketing, distribution, and sending out Kickstarter t-shirts. Paradox CEO, Fred Wester was quoted as saying the following regarding this subject:

It’s Obsidian’s project. They retain creative control, it’s their IP. We are going to focus on marketing, distribution and Kickstarter fulfillment.

Someone has to send out these T-shirts. Paradox CEO, Fred Wester

Late 2014 is the current release window for Pillars of Eternity on the PC, Linux, and Mac.
