3.8
Xbox 360 owners during the month of March will be able to grab both Sid Meier's Civilization: Revolution and Dungeon Defenders for free through the Xbox Live's Games with Gold promotion.

Gold members can snag the console-specific turn-based strategy game released in 2008, Sid Meier's Civilization: Revolution, between now and the 15th. The title is normally $29.99 to purchase off the Xbox Live Marketplace. Starting on the 16th through the end of the month gold members will be able to grab Dungeon Defenders through the same promotion. This title was first released in 2011 by Trendy Entertainment, a sequel is currently in development. Dungeon Defenders is normally priced at $14.99 for sale on Xbox Live.

While Gold members on the Xbox 360 have been enjoying two free games a month for sometime now, Xbox One users have yet to receive anymore news when they get some love. A few months back Microsoft released that Xbox One gamers would be getting the Games with Gold promotion "sometime later in 2014, no more relevant information has been released since then.

OBE You can just tell why a game is free when you haven't heard of the names before. I do download these free games, but often are deleted after a few days. I did enjoy the Dead Island release though.

Halo 3 was my favorite one.

Halo 3 was legendary, one of the best Halo branches from the franchise and one great game.

Invictus These games sound pretty boring. They need better varieties.

Don't expect Microsoft to give us amazing games for free. haha

Microsoft gave out some great games for free "Dead Rising, Dead Island, Fable, etc."

JRJ I'm just going to download these games because I have the 120 GB hard drive and I still have like 80GB left so I'll download and see how they are. They are free for a reason I suppose. Haha

FouLR I will probably just play the game for the achievements, and never play it again..

That's literally what i do, it's just a waste of space just to have them their in your HDD without even playing them.

I am an achievement hunter and that is usually what I do with games, I play them for the achievements and then the game sits in the corner or I take back to the store.
