March's free XBL Gold games revealed
Gold members can snag the console-specific turn-based strategy game released in 2008, Sid Meier's Civilization: Revolution, between now and the 15th. The title is normally $29.99 to purchase off the Xbox Live Marketplace. Starting on the 16th through the end of the month gold members will be able to grab Dungeon Defenders through the same promotion. This title was first released in 2011 by Trendy Entertainment, a sequel is currently in development. Dungeon Defenders is normally priced at $14.99 for sale on Xbox Live.
While Gold members on the Xbox 360 have been enjoying two free games a month for sometime now, Xbox One users have yet to receive anymore news when they get some love. A few months back Microsoft released that Xbox One gamers would be getting the Games with Gold promotion "sometime later in 2014, no more relevant information has been released since then.

VIT-MashiroBrandownage27VITAlmightyHelix Civilization should not be a free game, it is so annoying to play on console. I think that they should giveaway a newer game like Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite.
they can't afford to giveaway a game from a well sold franchisee
********, PSN gave out Bioshock Infinite, Metro Last Light, and Remember Me already. They get Tomb Raider this week.
PSN has different license agreements than Microsoft. They can afford to give them away because you're basically granted the option to "rent" the games as long as you have PS+. With the Games with Gold program, you OWN the game and it's permanently tied to your account, paid subscriber or not.
Mashiro is absolutely right. it doesn't mean you actually "got it for free" if you can't play it for ever.
Still, most of you will always pay for gold so PSN is still the better deal. Also the Xbox one almost had every thing as a license with their original DRM plan.
