The founder of Respawn Entertainment, Vince Zempella, has tweeted today is the day for sign ups to the Titanfall beta starting today at 6PM PST.

We'll keep you updated on the latest of when and where the signups are happening!

i randomly went to titanfall website signed up then checked twitter to see the official accounts say site was up a couple of minutes later so got lucky there.
