Next major Battlefield 4 update due for release by early February

EA DICE plans to roll out its next multiplatform Battlefield 4 update "at the end of January/beginning of February," the developer announced today.

The next round of updates will introduce stability improvements across all supported platforms, along with fixes for lingering bugs in Battlefield 4's multiplayer component. Platform-specific patches have been issued frequently since the game's launch in October last year.

EA DICE additionally seeks player feedback regarding proposed balance tweaks targeting DMR performance and anti-air defense. The developer will weigh the results of its feedback polls and will detail resulting gameplay updates soon.

I agree with this 100% I hate it sooooo much.


I've been killed soooo many times buy this, it gets way to annoying.


I literally had this happen about 5 times yesterday in one game. Gosh it's annoying.


Why is it annoying? It's not like they actually have no health. It just doesn't display the correct health. It's really quite surprising how many people are ranting about it considering that it doesn't even effect game-play.

Better come soon. I love this game but I'd be lying if I said it was a finished product. I need some customizable servers on consoles. So tired of the same rotations with 100% tickets.

Is this just for Xbox One? Or for PS4 as well. I hope that it fixes the server lag. I still enjoy it a lot with the 64 player online.

Bought BF4, played it for a day and took it back. Same with BF3. I guess im just to used to CoD

Hopefully we will see that released in the neat future. Some more maps would be pretty cool


They said they wanted to fix the game before releasing DLC, but I don't see many problems myself but then again I'm not too fussed when the maps come out cause I only just got premium
