Valve reveals Steam PC game controller
Contrasting "traditional gamepads," Valve's peripheral uses two trackpads, rather than the dual-analog setup common to consoles. Balancing the lack of physical sticks, Valve's controller uses haptic feedback, "allowing precise control over frequency, amplitude, and direction of movement."
The controller additionally features a touch-enabled surface with a high-resolution screen. The screen can also be clicked as a button. When a player taps the touch screen, its display overlays on top of the game itself, eliminating the need to look down at the controller during gameplay. According to Valve, "The screen allows an infinite number of discrete actions to be made available to the player, without requiring an infinite number of physical buttons."

Dr-Ponyfile-InsanelyAwesome- It certainly looks erm different.. But I quite like it, it looks rather stylish IMO.
It does look stylish, but I hope holding it feels ok as If my hands are not comfortable I won't use it but everyone will have to wait and see.
It looks like my hands would be cuffed so weird around it. So weird and cool in a way

I'm actually liking how that looks. Would take some time to get used to but still it looks very good in my opinion.

Texans Is that the back of the controller? I don't understand.
No it's the front those the analog sticks

Yeah it may be different, but most innovation in the world is usually turned away at first. This may be the next great step to making a truly precise and comfortable controller.

Developing That's the back of the controller right? The speakers? If so that would be a ridiculous idea because the sound would be going the opposite direction meaning it would be quieter. Also if it's wireless. the battery would drain far more quicker.
its the front and they are the touch pads
