Xbox One “play the way you want to,” according to infographic

Microsoft has posted a inforgraphic along with a fact list, showing how you can still swap discs with Xbox One, and how the system allows you to download a game and play it on any other Xbox One console.

All of this information has been posted before, but at least the company put it in an organized list for you. It’s below. Xbox One is out November 22.

You can buy your games on disc, or download them. Your downloadable games will be available to you on any Xbox One.

You can trade, rent, sell, gift or loan any game disc. It works just like it does today for Xbox 360.

You can purchase a game digitally and start playing while it downloads.

You can play games online or offline – it’s up to you.

You can check your favorite team’s score on Live TV, answer a call with Skype or go to grab snacks while in the midst of battle. With Xbox One – you can suspend and resume gameplay instantly.

You can sign in to any Xbox One and instantly access your personal profile, downloadable games, preferences and favorites.

With Home Gold, anyone in your family can access top Xbox Live Gold benefits on your Xbox One, such as multi-player and entertainment apps.

And what is the Xbone now? After all the changes they've made to it, it's a glorified updated 360 as well with just less indie development support.


It actually has more indie support. They made it so that every xbox one is a dev kit so anyone can make a game. Do your research before you talk shit.

Dragify What is up with all the people hating on the Xbox one for changing from the DRM policy? That is a great thing and it shows that Microsoft cares about their consumers whereas Sony would never do that. I stick with the company that cares about their customers.


Although, Sony stuck with their initial policies and haven't changed much where-as Microsoft never changed anything (not even after the internet blew up (in a bad way) over their DRM policy issues) until after the first posting of pre-order sales numbers. Yeah, some "customer loyalty" they care about. They just want more sales than Sony, they don't give a d*** about any of their consumers unless it deals with numbers and profit margins.

And same with the ps3 and ps4. They had to make the changes because they weren't getting enough sales. He was just saying about the ps4 which I clarified that's it's basically nothing special.
