Xbox One videos show off controller, charge kit, headset

Microsoft has released a series of promotional videos showing off Xbox One peripherals.

There's one for the console's wireless controller (£45/$60), another for the play and charge kit (£20/$25), and a third for the system's headset (£20/$25).

Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox One will be available in 21 markets this November. The Xbox One price has been set at £430/€500/$500.

It was just called the Xbox. Nothing else. It amazes me how people are suddenly adding a 1 after the original Xbox.


I've always referred to the first Xbox as Xbox 1 to better differentiate it from the 360. And because it IS the Xbox 1, whether or not Microsoft officially called it that or not.


You are one of very few people who actually refer to the original Xbox as Xbox 1, not only did Microsoft never officially call it "Xbox 1" but I don't think anybody ever called it Xbox 1 until Xbox One was announced.

Whatever man, calling the original Xbox by Xbox 1 is perfectly logical. Xbox One as the name of the third generation Xbox is not. I don't need some inactive little scrub telling me to leave when you enter this post and contribute absolutely nothing to the topic at hand.

Starify The Mic looks pretty slick, but I would buy another one for those of you getting this console. Usually, these mics last couple of months, and are not that great. I feel like the Mute button block with the volume would get annoying around your hands when playing. Especially, for people who play in different hand positions like Claw.


Yeah, I think they will last right around 3 months if you use it a lot, mine always lasted right around there for the 360, until I got turtle beaches. but they might last longer and they look cool.
