Has someone taken apart the Xbox One controller?

4.5
Microsoft claims that it has made quite a few changes and improvements to the Xbox One controller compared to the one made for the Xbox 360. A lot of those changes were made inside the gamepad. Now a website claims to have gotten a hold of a Xbox One controller and has torn it down to show what's inside.

The Xbox Skyer site claims that it picked up the controller in the port city of Dongguan, China. The images, which unfortunately have a ton of words obscuring its details, show the casing of what appears to be a real Xbox One controller, along with the circuit board inside.

While there's not a lot of new information that can be gleaned from these teardown photos, the images do give a clearer idea of how they will be constructed. Microsoft has said previously that they have conducted extensive tests on the gamepads in their labs, including pushing the buttons on each controller a total of two million times; The company claims the controllers will last 10 years or more with regular use.

Of course, while these teardown images look legitimate, they could be faked.

Looks legitimate to me anyways.

Damn, making the controllers looks soo complicated to do.

I don't really think that these images are legitimate. It's a lot easier to fake taking apart the controller than actually getting it

Well I doubt this is real but I hope the controller lives up to it's promises.

MW2-Rush Look at that watermark! :/

Thank god you can read. I posted on the actual thread saying "it looks like a fake" it clearly says made in china.

I think it is fake also, where do you see Made In China at?

If you look above the Chinese text in red, you will see it. They made it blend in to some sort of degree so at a first glance you will more and likely miss it.

Doesn't look real to me, but i am looking forward to the improvements made in the controller maybe my analog sticks wont start sticking after a few months of use.

saw this a while ago, will the 3 part help the controller be more sturdy? (if they are real_)

It's a micro usb port, and the layout of the board looks weird
