When Sony announced the PS4 in Febuary, people thought they were very reluctant to give any details about the product. Many thought Sony were going to be changing a lot, but they are not. They have changed a bit, but in a good way for the community. Andrew House stated that if you bought the game, you should have the freedom to do what you want with it.

They have basically stated that there are not going to be any restrictions what so ever when it comes to your games, and what you do with them.

Actually, they tweeted that being banned forfeits all licenses on 360, not Xbox one. They clarified that and said they are unsure for the Xbox One.


You are wrong the 360 game's disc's don't have their own licenses on them so they have no way to link the game to your account

Are you kidding me neither of them are encouraging modding and if anything most modded consoles are offline,so does it help that Microsoft makes you go online every 24 hours, NO! also by the way, Stop comparing Xbox one to a VCR...You can use a VCR offline
