Take this one with a heavy pinch of salt, but according to Discord tipster Orangee, who previously accurately leaked details about Gravity Rush PS5 remaster, a MediEvil 2 Remake is not only in development, but is launching a lot sooner than you may think.

Other Ocean is reportedly the team behind the MediEvil 2 Remake, which has been in development since 2021, according to the leaker. Again, nothing is official yet, but Orangee claims that the title will launch in May 2024, which folk have speculated will form part of the rumoured PlayStation Showcase.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about a MediEvil 2 Remake, as back in February 2020 the composer for the franchise hinted that Sony was planning a remake of the sequel. However, not long after, Other Ocean denied that the MediEvil 2 Remake was in the works, but we’ll just have to see if it does end up the real deal.
