Japanese Media Create reporting a gain in hardware sales for the week of 3/4/2013 – 3/10/2013. The following is a compiled list of Japanese hardware sales from Media Create for the preceding two weeks.

3DS LL – 39,801
3DS – 21,207
PS3 – 19,567
PSP – 18,023
Wii U – 9,454
Wii – 1,363
Xbox 360 – 738

For comparison’s sake, here are the hardware numbers from last week:

Origamo I'm quite surprised that the PS Vita is on top.


I'm kinda shocked that that the Xbox 360 is on the very bottom. I would assume it to be at least in the middle somewhere. I guess Japan isn't a big fan on Microsoft products.

so the only predicted increases will be for the PSP, xbox, vita, and WiiU. Interesting... can we see the returns/refunds? Then we'll have the truth.
