Developer of Minecraft: Xbox360 Edition, 4J Studios have raised $770,448 for charity.

The company tweeted:

“We are delighted to confirm that the Halloween Skin Pack brought in a total of $770,448 for the charities! Thanks everyone :) #MinecraftXBLA “

The Minecraft Halloween Skin Pack was sold on Xbox Live for just 160 MSP. The money raised is said to be getting split between the Block by Block, SANDS Lothians, Child's Play, and Macmillan Cancer Support charities.

Nice work 4J Studios and everyone who helped by buying the Skin Pack!

Nice! but they really need more skins like xSyNySteRx said there should be a `Creat Your Own Skin` thing

If they really wanted to raise money, they should make it so you can pay to be able to edit your skin manually, they already know everybody wants it, so why not make money for charity off it?

You know, this really touches my heart. The fact that some of these video game companies could be so nice as to do this. This is really amazing and just is great. $770,448 is a lot of money and if the Macmillan Cancer Support Charities send the money they get to cancer research and treatment think about what could happen. I am sort of sad that I wasn't able to buy any skin packs from 4J studios
